It works like this:

1. You create your affiliate account by filling a simple online form.
2. You insert the affiliate link, banners, layers on your website or email the link to friends.
3. Everyone who comes to Myflashxml.com via the link (banners/layers), will get a cookie on his computer with a 6 month time limit.
4. This cookie will give you a 20% on all sales from this person during 6 month.
5. After asking us, you'll receive the earned money directly on your PayPal account (Minimum 500 USD and 60 days after customer's payments)

Use Links Responsibly: Feel free to use your Myflashxml.com links anywhere on your web pages or to email the link to friends. However, do not send unsolicited email, or "spam" containing your Myflashxml.com link. In addition, do not submit your Myflashxml.com link to any search engines. You are solely responsible for the consequences of sending unsolicited email or news postings. Please don't do it.

Commissions are calculated automatically in real time. You can review your money balance anytime using your online interface. You earn a 20% commission on all sales for customers who come to Myflashxml.com and purchase templates via your link.

NOTE: If Myflashxml.com must refund a purchase for whitch you received a commission, the commission you earned on that purchase is subtracted from future commissions earnings. Refunds can accure due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargeback etc.

Form of Payment: All payments are made via Paypal. If needed, please create a Paypal account on www.paypal.com.

When You Receive Payment: You will receive your money within the next 48 hours after asking us. Payments will be sent to the Paypal email address filled in our database. You can change your Paypal email address at any time on the Myflashxml.com website.

NOTE: Money can be withdrawn only if your account balance exceed $500.

Verification of Commissions: Myflashxml.com will do his best to determine accurate commissions for partners. However, Myflashxml.com is the sole and final judge for commission amounts, frequency, method and amounts.

Commission Structure: Myflashxml.com reserves itself the right to modify the terms and the commission's structure at any time.

Duration of Program: Myflashxml.com may end the Myflashxml.com partner's program in the future, paying out all earned commissions and notifying all Myflashxml.com's partners by email.
In that case, Myflashxml.com partners will still earn payments for 6 months.

Disciplinary Measures: Myflashxml.com reserves itself the right to terminate any Myflashxml.com partner account if Myflashxml.com suspects that fraudulent or abusive activity regarding the Myflashxml.com partners program. Partners deemed fraudulent or abusive forfeit any unpaid commissions
